RDWC day 1

I survived! We went to church, had a relaxing afternoon and went to the gym around 4:30. I was not able to get all the reps in (1 min jumping jacks, 30 pushups with 30 sec rest in between five times), I did about half that. I did the Couch to 5K day one, and did the stationary bike for 3 miles. I'm tired! I also stayed under 1300 calories. Yay!

Good luck on the Challenge! It sounds like got off to a great start!!
