Tomorrow marks the first day to prepare for the Roller Derby Workout Challenge. The actual challenge begins on the 29th, but I would really like to get a little head start!! I am going to be writing my diet down at myfitnesspal.com (my user name is carsoncity) and working out with my Roller Derby Workout Video. Join me in my quest to lose about 50 pounds and get into the best shape ever!!! (well since high school!)
