T minus 7

Yesterday I went to the gym with J and spent 30 minutes doing weights (dead lifts, push ups, inclined bench press and rows) jumping jacks then went on the elliptical machine for 40 minutes.

Diet wise I did ok, but could have done better. I did burn a bunch more calories cleaning out a room in the studio for about four hours last night.
