I woke up early but stayed in bed late. We are having a winter storm and school has been closed all week. I finally got up and picked up the boys' room a bit. Then I got motivated enough to put on the workout video. I did it barefooted with no weights. It was so much tougher than it looks! Mid way I was dripping sweat from my brow as I was doing leg lifts. I feel like I got a really good workout.
My diet was not the greatest but I stayed under my calorie limit!
