Week 2

I had my phone consultation with B from Bikini Body Mommy. I had a few crappy days last week, but I am continuing to jump right back in. I did accomplish my small goals that were set last week: checking in every day and taking fish oil and multi vitamins.

This week my goals are:
Water!!!! Over half my body weight in oz. every day.
Vitamins and fish oil
Checking in every day
Three strength training workouts
One meal a day strictly following the meal plan

I am doing this!
