Thankful day 8

I am thankful for the wind today. I love blustery days AND I love when the power goes out, as long as it's not for more than 3 hours or before I have had a chance to make dinner or get ready for the day! I often think that I would have been a great pioneer woman, but we went three days without power several years ago, and I barely survived. That winter I was thankful for our wood stove that heated the house and warmed our food.
