IBESR woes

I just looked on the IBESR website today. We are passed up by a long shot and I am sad. The lastest numbers exited are 15913 and 15914. Elijah's is 15477. We are working on sending in our letter to the President. We just got it translated and now it is off to the Consulate in Chicago on Monday. I hope we get it back soon so I can get it to Haiti. I have not heard of anyone getting Presidential exemption lately. Praying.
