Do you not know that those who run in a race all run,
but only one receives the prize?
Run in such a way that you may win.
C. right after a water break (that's not sweat, just a cup of water on her head!) She ran 18 laps, 4.5 miles!
K. playing the part of "cheederleader" with her friends. She ran too, 15 laps, nearly 4 miles!
