Last will and testament

Oh my, we've been married for over 12 years, have had kids for 10, and have yet to write a will. There is a man at our church who is a lawyer and agreed to help us out for half price! We figured it was about time, and with our trip to Haiti coming up, now is a good time to do it. The problem for us was deciding about custody of our children. We finally came to a decision and are meeting with the attorney on Friday. I am still trying to figure out what we should do about our estate. If anyone wants to call dibs on our stuff, now is the time to give us a shout!
